Do it while
the scaffold is up
Access is most of the cost on this kind of work. If the guttering is tired and the fascias are going, doing them at the same time as the roof saves paying twice to get up there.
Same goes for chimney repointing and lead flashing. We will tell you what genuinely needs doing now and what will keep for a few years.
